Want to know me better? Read this.

Sidney Trangelo’s the name, but you can call me Sid.

    Born November 23, 1992 (20, Male, 5’9” or 5’10”)

    Residing in Los Angeles, California

Attending Santa Monica College by the beach.

I’m Filipino (To be more exact, Tagalog/Ilocano)

I speak English as a first language. I understand Tagalog and barely Ilocano but I answer in English. If I HAVE to speak in Tagalog, I will. I also know the basics of Japanese including Hiragana, Katakana, and some Kanji. I also know how to speak Korean as well as write it. I want to learn German. I just do.

Family: I need my family, I would be nowhere without them. They support me no matter what and it’s that kind of love that separates all the other types of love. They molded me into who I am today and I’m truly grateful for that. In good times and bad, I know they’ll be right behind for every step I take.

Friends: Who needs friends? Uhhhh I do? When your family isn’t there, that’s when friends come in. They make me laugh, give support and advice. They help me out when I need it. Friendship is what makes life fun and worth living. I learn from friendships. If I had no friends, well then… THAT WOULD SUCK….

Love: It’s what the world needs now. I’m not talking about the love between family and friends but more of a soulmate. Someone of the opposite sex. I appreciate a girl who’s incredibly talented in many ways. She must be smart. Her use of words should blow my mind with such eloquence. She can sing well. She can cook. She enjoys a good laugh whenever I intend to make her laugh (lovely humor). Good body as well but hey, we weren’t made perfect. I’m just saying it wouldn’t hurt. I would want to do everything with her like sailing, camping, hiking, outdoors stuff or driving out just to see the view, and stuff like that. But to be honest, it really is the personality. I’m single but one day I’ll find it; that rainbow connection. <3

Music: It’s soothing. It relaxes my brain. More like a drug to me. I love today’s music but I was also raised to appreciate Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong, Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett - that jazzy easy listening kind of music. But all in all, I NEED IT. Imagine a world without music. Horrible…

Education: As my family and coworkers say, “You need it.” In a way, I want to go to school for the rest of my life you know? But more like when I want to. Haha. I’m glad I have knowledge for some things that I will encounter for the rest of my life. But I yearn for more. It’s good to be smart, but not too smart. But sometimes, hmmmm maybe most of the times, I can be a smart-ass. You have to know me first.  But seriously, education can get you anywhere you want to go. It’s life’s passport in my opinion.

Cars: My dad is mechanic and ever since I was a kid, I would always go to his shop and see what he did. I picked up a few things to the point where it just became a hobby. I love German cars. It’s just the way my dad saw it and I guess it passed on to me. My friends own JDM cars which is why I also love JDM. They introduced it to me and it’s how we relate to very closely. It’s a hobby, not something I look into career-wise. I don’t know much about body-kits, wheels, accessories and such, but I do know what goes on in the heart of a car; the engine.

Nature: I thank God for everything he has made especially nature. Earth is truly a sight to behold. There are vast places and locations I want to visit. Nature is very simple yet complex. It always fascinates me. I appreciate nature dearly. For example, the stuff on National Geographic. Man… God really put work into it. It’s perfect in every way.

Photography: I love pictures as well as taking them. Whenever I look at a picture, I’m very thankful that it’s taken. Pictures are well more than a thousand words. I always get that feeling of happiness and sadness especially when I look at old photos and pictures. It’s good to look back in to the past and reminisce. That’s what pictures and photography is for.

Food: I LOVE FOOD. I love every kind. I’ve always wanted to go around the world just to taste the food no matter how odd or bizarre it is. My most favorite is Sushi. But then again, There is no favorite… Food in general is just too darn delicious. Who doesn’t like food?

LifeAll together, in my perspective, defines LIFE. It’s something worth living. Something I’m grateful for. Something I look forward to - more into the future and how it’s played out for me.

Now, Tumblr is amazing. In fact, its probably the only site where it can, in a way, suffice all of what I explained to you. And, of course, a good laugh or smile here and there wouldn’t hurt.
